It is duly registered clinical trial with end point in 2023 . as such noone should be advising ayone else whether to participate in it or not as risks are unknown in immerdiate and long term..thats what clinical trials are designed tio assess... Its totally your choice to evaluate risk benefit ratio...

You can say your anxiety makes you breathe irregularly and you feel panic when you cant breathe with a mask on. Only say it if challenged. Otherwise just say you are exempt. They cant demand medical note- its not mandatory.
