Hi ScarlettR
It's pretty dire here. In the expat community the vast majority are lockdown enthusiasts/hysterics. Masks are supposed to be worn everywhere. I refuse to wear a mask except to get into a shop and will argue my position with anyone willing to have a reasonable discussion. I would say that opinion is starting to shift but it is hard and lonely work. There are a few sceptics where I live but we need more and we need more prepared to make a stand.

Hi Maggie, I am but a gnat's whisker away, yet in Spanish border closure terms I may as well be in another country. I am just outside Murcia.

I've just dropped my daughter at Lidl in San Pedro where she has jumped in a cab to go see her friends at La Zenia as she has done most weekends since the 'crisis' began.

This state of stupidity, sorry emergency, is costing me an arm and leg in cab fares for a journey that used to take minutes.

Luckily, a lot of the ex pats down these parts are a bit more sceptical.

Hope you are not being driven to insanity with the covid bedwetters' attitudes surrounding you.
