Hi fellow Leicestershire residents. I am in still (yes still) locked down in Leicester. Personally l am tee total so admittedly not the greatest company in drinking establishments. However l do vehemently defend the right for others to socialise and drink within pubs and clubs without any restrictions. However I very keen to keep communicating with others on this site, as you are the only people keeping my sanity at the present time. I feel unless we can convert some more sheep in the near future, we will be living under these restrictions, including face nappies, forever. The lockdown will cause untold long-term damage to the economy and social fabric of the nation. Close social interaction and touch are vital to the well-being of human beings, and whilst l fully accept deaths from Covid are regrettable, the current measures will lead to many more overall years of lost life, than those lost due to Covid. However as we have seen today billionaires and large multinational companies like Amazon and Tesco are making a fortune out of lockdown, thus we will have a very tough fight to ever get out libertiesback and unrestricted breathing requirements back.

Hello there, I'm in Market Harborough - it really is good to see I'm not so alone with my scepticism. I've felt so dismayed at how few people around me are willing to even question the ever-changing & increasingly ridiculous crap put out by the mainstream media so I'm literally delighted to be here.

I'm not sure how any of this forum stuff works as I've literally just joined but I'll get to grips with it & hope to communicate with sceptics near & far sometime soon...peace.

anyone have young kid(s)? Have got one 6-yr old, got plenty of space and games for anyone not adhering to this ridulous lockdown rules. Others - yes even school friends where he spends all day with 29-others in a class - have already said they are going to "do their bit" and not mix for the next 4 weeks! I personally find it much more interesting and good for child development to meet others especially like minded scpetics so PM me or reply to this post if interested!
